A few questions first.

How does pricing work?

You receive an individual monthly agreement with included credits. Additional credits are available in your portal in your agreed HUF, EUR or USD currency.

What is one credit?

One successfully generated and saved AI answer costs one credit. Errors, greetings and contact forms do not use answer credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period. Purchased credits do not expire.

What does the assistant remember?

Business knowledge is separate from visitor memory. Visitors choose whether to enable personal memory. You can inspect, correct and delete it in your portal.

What happens when I cancel?

The assistant works until the end of your paid period, then pauses. Purchased credits remain available after reactivation.

Can I manage several websites?

Yes. Your websites share one customer balance, with separate knowledge, visitor data and spending limits.
